Out of all the gay stuff I'd sell my own children to see there, top of my list would have been La bola negra, a queer Spanish drama directed by Los Javis, aka, Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi.
Yep, the boyfriends turned exes have become the first Drag Race judges to win Best Director at Cannes. And that means they might become the first Drag Race judges to win an Oscar, assuming RuPaul gets snubbed for Stop! That! Train! next year.
Anyway, I'm rooting for the Javis. For reasons.
